Events@ Kuching Waterfront.

The crowd enjoying the hot day.

Activities such as catch the duck as many as you can.....

Yesterday,some events was held   @  Kuching waterfront.I don't bother to know who is the organiser . All i  see  the crowds is mostly from the government office (State & Federal).They enjoy the hot weather,free lunch and lots of prizes.The state minister was there too .Well, the crowd having so much fun..and remember the funding is from the investor monies of Amanah Saham etc,etc So why cannot we enjoy the good DIVIDEN every year?????.I mean like the good old days ( 10% plus-plus).

Kuching Waterfront-Solar Energy.

 

The new Kuching City waterfront extension is environment friendly,They are install with eco-friendly electrical power or solar energy.This is clean energy and lower cost to the city council to run the new two water fountain build near to the waterfront.

The solar panel and the fountain but the ugly building is yet to be make over to new image.(perhaps the owner is looking forward for sponsor from the city council)

What about the local people of Kuching.,are they environmental friendly .Oh my God, just look at the rubbish.They don't even bother to say thank you (not to me) but to the government who have spend so much on tax payer monies to beauty the little city of Kuching.

This evening I took a walk along the Kuching waterfront extension to see for myself what had been done to the waterfront.Reconstruction is almost done.

I pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the extension of the waterfront.It is nostalgic for me because this is where the old wet market I use to go.
The old section of water front is from Hotel Margareta until the old court house and the new area is to the Brooke Dockyard.The distance now is more than 2KM .This is good for sweat in the morning and evening.

I couldn't believe my eyes to-day ,I view the cooliris photos of the day channel dated 14.02.2010.

I submitted dozen of my stock photos from my flickers a few days ago and I am very glad that three got selected .What's the big deal here???

Where else can you possibly get your photos to be viewed more than 10 million times each day?

Wow!!! I'm nearly famous:)

Careful with your camera........

Never ever do that! Your camera will catch fire!" Some people  say the 'powerful' sunlight will burn a hole in your camera's sensor!

Anyone see this happening ? I hope this not true.

This is my last year stock photo while on assignment to Melaka.

Hot Day......

It's hot to-day,I saw this stall not far from my house so its time to refresh myself with guava juice or jus jambu batu in Malay.

Texture.

When I stopped taking photographs,things got crazy. Let talk about Texture in photographing ,texture lends a dimensional quality to photos. Looking for examples of texture within a picture? In my photo below  you'll find rattan chair pictures, pictures of roof, and other texture photographs.
