Street Scenes.

I decided to capture the beauty and energy of the exciting street around Kuching City by portraying it's different characters and candid scenes and below is some of my project.

The word Selamat Datang ke Sarawak is 'Welcome to Sarawak" .The young tourist  enjoying the heat of the city.

Local lady...in western style.

Spaoh District.

Just  had a walk in a traditional area of the kampong Spaoh . I took some random snaps of what I saw around the village and this wooden house attract my attention.

Gambier Street.

Took these snap while taking a lazy walk on one of the busiest marketing street in old part of Kuching, on a Saturday Afternoon.I went there to shop for a spices & curry paste etc.etc...

Cycling Tour.

Recently I went to a street in Kuching  City and ended up clicking this tourist couple enjoying the cycling tour.

Yellow Flowers.

 

I saw this tree with golden yellow flowers,I stooped and snap.

Citizens of Sibu #2.

This photo snap  at about 05:45 AM.This is Sibu central market,it's give the town a colourful character.It's can be best described as top tourist spot in town.The activities here begin as early as dawn 04:00AM.

This kind of unique in Sibu Town.The VCD/DVD business open as early as 06:00AM.

Another unique scenario in Sibu is the Boat Express Terminal...not BUS Express terminal.

Dedicated government officer on duty & The lonely trishaw.

These three wheeled vehicle locally known as BECA, we can see many of them parked outside the cinema during 60's & 70's.But  now we only see few of them in Sibu Town .

Citizens of Sibu .

I made another photo-walk along the Sibu Town street.This time I try using long lens that I seldom use in my photographing project.My focus was on the people.

The sadness of life in busy Sibu Town.
