The gateway to the garden.

Most local Kuching people say that after many years staying in Kuching,they did not even know the existence of Hokien Garden at Pending area.Because of this I went there to have a look and share it with my valuable friends from My World Tuesday.

The 12 animals that appear on the Chinese zodiac calendar is the main attraction at the garden.

The lalang grass is a pest or weed to the local here.
Lalang can thus be seen easily in empty land which have not been cared for , rice fields which have not been worked on for many years and even houses which have been left unattended.

I am sorry for not updating & share my photo shoot  for several days because I couldn't get online .The internet connection in my area seem getting slower from day to day but anyway I don't want to miss the sky watch Friday and I would like to share the view of the wild grass and the sky from the back yard of my house.

Just another village I visited few days ago with her people,peaceful atmosphere,scenery of the hill,river,sky and cloud.

My view of Village is that it is more than just a group of people living in close proximity.It is much more than that,and its carries with it many value not the least one of "CARE"...Caring peoples.

This week is letter 'S' for School ,SCHOOL HOLIDAY.

During school holiday some kids helping their parent as street vendor .

It's SCHOOL HOLIDAY for Malaysian kids which begin this week.Most kids been looking forward for the School holiday and enjoy time at home.

For rich parents, most already have plan going for a year end vacation or sending them to any music or dance school .For the village kids (photo above)some just stay home or helping their parents with daily village work.
