Budget Airline Travelling Experience.

I have always wanted to travel by sea but what choice do I have as we know that traveling by air is cheap "Now everyone can fly".Actually this is not my first time flew with AirAsia (year 2008).For the first travel journey mostly I flew with Malaysia Airline as I have discounted senior citizen fare apply for those age 55 years and above.
Boarding time had to climb the ladder
Why I flew Air Asia ? I booked a year  ahead, it was under the 'Big Sale and Zero Fare' promotion period.I grab this and paid only airport service fee for two person (return) it was just RM60.00 only.
Boarding time gosh!!.had to climb up the rusty ladder so openly, luckily no rain..I had never imagine that..What about guest with wheelchair ?.
Airbus A320-200 with 3-3 seating
After boarding the plane,it surprised me more thought it would be like a 3-4-3 kind of wide body airplane.Airbus A320-200 is not a wide body aircraft so its kind of 3-3 seating. Now I know the big difference between full service airline and low cost airline. Not only that, there have no entertainment resources,no digital screen on seat and no earphone provided.Nothing at all so I better play around with my camera.
Section of KLIA
I could only look out from the window throughout the flying experience .Since nothing much could be done on the plane.I sat straight for the whole journey.Luckily the journey only took 1 hour 30 minutes from Kuching International Airport to Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT-KL).

So fast, I had reach LCCT although I had to walk for a long distance before I reach the arrival hall or gate.Honestly, low cost carrier didn't provide a super comfortable traveling experience but it give me a safe journey, that all I want - Thank You.

The Aircraft of the Future.

Airbus presented yesterday in London, the plane that could revolutionize the air travel. Passengers who will travel by the plane made of a transparent material will be able to see what happens outside during the flight.
Moreover, from 10,000 feet above the ground, they will be able to read stories to the children left home, and participate to virtual business meetings.
According to DailyMail, the plane could be operational in 2050 and will have areas of relaxation, areas of Business, and a bar.
There will be some customized areas, and the fatigue experienced during the flight will be a thing of the past, due to the air full of flavors, antioxidants, and vitamins.
The walls of the aircraft will change depending on the brightness and flight conditions.
Each passenger will have a seat adapted to his own traits and needs. Airbus ambitions go even further: the heat generated by the passengers will provide some energy for the operation of the aircraft.
flying to-day AirBus you be able to see sky view.

Looking out at blue sky & white cloud of course...

Photograph Children During Your Travels.

It’s widely known that photographing natives is the most challenging part of travel photography. And while getting an adult to relax can be daunting, trying to capture their child in a memorable travel photograph can be the most difficult of all.
Being sensitive to how you approach and interact with local people is crucial to photographing children.

If no common language is spoken between you and the guardian, body language and gestures go a long way in communicating that you don’t intend to harm them or violate their privacy. Once permission has been granted, you can get up close and personal for some great travel shots.
In many of the Malaysian countries I had people, not just youths, asking to be in the photographs .

Engine Oil or Motor Oil..

Photo taken with Panasonic Lumix LX3 and edited with photoscape......
Talking about my small car..to-day I buy her motor insurance and renew her roadtax. and she need new energy too...

What is the function of Engine Oil ?

The principal function of the engine oil lubricant is to extend the life of automotive that operates under different conditions like speed, temperature and pressure.
Sufficient lubricant in auto motives reduces friction and removes heat from the engine. At low temperature to maintain the performance of the engine, where at higher temperature to keep the engine apart to minimize engine wear. Regular oil changes have a variety of benefits: they should give your vehicle a longer life, make you engine run smoother, improve your MPG and reduce emissions. So, in the long run this should mean more money in your pocket as your car’s day to day functioning is improved and its life time is extended. It should cut the cost of servicing and maintenance. So, just by using sufficient engine oil you should make your car healthier and happier.

Kuching Down Town.

This morning I took the opportunity to walk around Gambier Road in old part of Kuching City.Well, just to see what changed.I must say I decided to take some picture around this area and I figured it would be cool to have personnel pictorial record of the city's development.
"Demolish the market and make it into an explanade? I do admit having that market there does cause traffic problems, but I rely disagree in demolishing it.It is after all one of the oldest buildings there! It should be preserved as one of Kuching's historical buildings. The government really should have come up with other solutions if it's because of the traffic problem and the cleanliness. But not replace it with an esplanade! Certain rules on the "loading and unloading" as well as the traffic could be enforced"
More info if you read this blog by Angelina Chong on Wednesday,17 June in the year 2009.

Below is the picture of to-day Gambier Road taken on Sunday,12 June in the year 2011.
The new look of Gambier Road...not the shop houses.
Picture taken this morning Sunday 12 June, 2011.
Solve the cleanliness of the area but the problem still with the traffic but the road is wide enough for two cars but the driver should know that this is not a waiting area for the cars....

Petronas .Shell Station & Debit Card.

I am used to using my debit card for buying petrol or gas to avoid running out of cash and to earn some bonus points. It was quite normal for me when the Shell and Petronas charged RM200.00 initially when I used my debit card to purchase petrol. Then, the money (RM200.00) will be returned to my account and the price of the petrol will be paid from my account within three or 14 working days. In other words, we need to put RM200.00 "deposit" when buying petrol from Shell and Petronas via debit card. Actually I don't spend that much for buying petrol for my car every month but at least I already set my budget for petrol @ RM200 per month...

Pigeons in Kuching City.

This photo taken year 2010 near to Indian Mosque in old part of Kuching City.
I still remember it was a hot afternoon . I drove around Kuching to run some errands. It happened that there were traffic jams around the city that day so manage to took some photos.
Traffic jam at Gambier Street. This place is always congested with traffic except at night. Sunday is the worst because this is where the central bus station , taxi station  and hired van station and many from the village will come to the city. Local folks would also flock to this place to enjoy their lunch and breakfast and do some shopping around Carpenter Street, India Street .
This is one area where you can see a lot PIGEONS in Kuching City.
