My Responsibility .

I'm behind the camera just about to have a final check on my name with the EC officers on duty.I ask one of the officers on duty about my wife name not on the electrol list and he says it is a common mistake .It's seem that the EC did not take this seriously.
The polling centre ..this picture capture at about 11:00am and I can see just one or two voters including me or maybe most of the voters have cast the vote earlier but by looking at the transparent ballot box is yet to 50% fill in.This polling centre is not OKU friendly user and I wonder how the voter on wheel chair go up to the class room to cast the vote as the stair case is very narrow.(not allowed to take picture)

As usual I woke up as early as 04:30am a preparation for my Suboh prayer.My main responsibility as a Muslim Solat five times a day.Suboh(dawn solat)Zohor(after mid-day solat)Asar(late afternoon solat)Maghrib(after sunset solat)Isya'(night solat).

To-day 8th of March 2008 Saturday as a Citizen of Malaysia my resposibility is to cast a vote.This resposiblity come once in every 4 years.Woke up 04:30am it was heavy rain outside and I do hope the rain will stop before 08:00am so I can go out there to cast my vote.My wife is not coming with me to cast the vote this year because very suprising that her name was not on the SPR aka EC voting list,I check her name on SPR website but NO RECORD FOUND.

Anyway I might discuss this matter to EC officer after the 12th GE.

Moment of truth today and I'm sure VVIP's,VIP's and their supporters can be seen having a gathering or teh tarik (TT) gathering to-night expecting election result.

09:00 am weather is OK now but still very cloudly and may be the sun is shy to shine to-day .

At the polling centre where I 'm casting the vote I was suprise to see not many voters yet around or no Q at all .

So I'm now already fulfil my democratic obligation and the EC prediction is the first election result is expected to be announced at 7pm.

So have a cup of Kopi tongkat ali tonight..infront of your TV .
