How generous should we be to the people on the street asking for help?will we be fleeced ? Isn't this the government responsibility?For those who live in Kuala Lumpur it's become a norm to have people approach you in the street for donations.
There are several types that you meet,the tissue seller is a common one.
There is one day when I shop,this young man standing by the road offering people some goodies and ask for donation in return.Some time they are hawking other products.like mini calendars or little books or cards of Quranic verses.It's like they give token of goodwill to the public in return for above-average prices,as apposed to being genuine traders-here's a souvenir for your generosity.

Aok uncle, mun di KL besalah.. mengambo jak sidak tok.. Yg herannya apa peranan kjaan owh?? mun stakat dlm setaun sekali duak jap operasi, cobalah sentiasa memantau, ada jak, tangkap, tolong, dan bersi kan sidak tok.. :)
