This wall has ben erected close to the place where Pangkalan Batu was located before reclamation for the new Kuching waterfront took place.

The mosaic and sculpture is tribute to the boatman who row the tambang on sungai Sarawak.

I love the blue sky on the first two photos and the mosaic walls are just magnificent. The castings are also excellent.

Dear Uncle Awang 2 things I like about the shots. No. 1 is the cloud seems very beautiful and No. 2 the sculpture on the wall. The cloud brings you the mood of the days; clear and sunny; cheerful day. Sculpture give us the lesson of the past. Something to remeber and to learn to.

Thanks for a good shots
