I was asking myself,What exactly was a candid shot?

Was it when the person wasn't aware that I shot at them.Well, nothing is really better than a candid shot of people in laughter,but not in this candid I shot few month ago this people are serious.Serious in learning the road safety .I also shot this photo because it's inspires me in simple everyday life of local people here.
