ABC Wednesday- P for Post Office.

The white building as you can see in the picture above is the POST office in Kuching.
Letter 'P" is for POST Office.
Kuching General POST office building is perhaps the most striking building in downtown Kuching with it's magnificent facade of white corinthian columns and arches.
It was built in 1931.

we almost have the same facade for our post office. those round columns reminiscent of a greek architecture. great job for the ABC.

Very fine buildings !
Most of our postoffices are in danger to be closed nowadays, especially in small villages.

Banyak lagi historical bilding di tengah-tengah Bandar Kuching(tunggu ada masa saya shot & post)
Sebenar nya di Kuching kalau kita jumpa Chinese yang Family name ONG sedikit sebanyak mereka ini ada darah Nyoya Baba Melaka.
