This weekend I would like to bring you away from hustle and bustle of a city.The place is RAYAN DEER FARM-STAY,a bold new concept in Agro-adventures.The farm covers an area of approximately 20 acres and is located at about 40 minutes(drive)distance from Kuching city.To reach the farm,drive along the Bau Kawa/Bau road a signboard points to the right turn at the junction opposite Tondong Bazaar,then drive 3KM to junction (as photo above)will guide you to the farm.

Deer Feeding.The deer feed on organic food such as grass.leaves,maize,sago and padi husks and fruits such as banana and cempedak.Feeding time is between 8-9 AM & 4-5 PM daily.

Animals at the farm comprise of dear Cervus Timorensis,an imported bred and the Cervus Unicolor,locally known as Sambar deer and native to Borneo.
For the fishing enthusiasts,pond(pic above)stoked with variety of fresh water fishes.

Looks very interesting place to visit. But unfortunately they are so far away from me. Anyway, this weekend I think I'll be going to Cameron Highland with the family. A retreat and family reUnion. haha..
Very interesting architecture... I love traditional construction methods... If we still lived like this, the world was not talking about severe climate change today...

Complete facilities, nice, perfect place to get closer to nature. Definitely a place I would like to go to.
But too far le uncle hahaha. This weekend I'll be staying in Kuantan (tiket habis, tak dapat balik kelantan), and I'll try to explore some other places that I haven't got any chances to go to. :)
