My home town Sibu.The pulut paggang made in Sibu is always the best.This is a must oleh-oleh when ever we come back from Sibu.Why is it Sibu pulut panggang is the best?The right amount of cocunut milk,the best of the pulut glutinous rice is used and even the banana leave must be quite special.This special rolled rice is best cooked over a good open charcoal fire and without this charcoal fire,pulut panggang will not have the original flavour and taste.
I don't think this is Sarawak specialities...I even saw this menu in KL food stall or at Jalan TAR Sunday market.The price is just too much here.
