Pais Ikan.
Yesterday stopping at Kampong Buntal one of the fishing village in Kuching,Sarawak.I saw one street vendor selling pais ikan (small fish with sambal.

(rectangles of fish fillet, spiced with chillies, garlic, shallots,
turmeric, lemon grass and coconut milk, grilled in a banana/palm leaf).

I also stopping by to get myself fresh coconut drink and bought a few 'Jeruk Buah' and 'Local Biscuits'.
